Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@tsekza.co.za or click the contact tab and send us a message.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We’ll respond with instructions for return or resolution.

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
